These terms apply to the use of this website and to quotation enquiries submitted through it. Full contractual terms of carriage, insurance details and company registration information will be published here once confirmed by RoadPort Vehicle Transport & Recovery.

Quotations

• A quotation is an estimate based entirely on the information you provide.
• No price shown or implied on this website is a fixed or guaranteed price.
• A quotation is not a booking. A movement is only booked once we confirm it directly.
• Quotations may be revised if the vehicle, its condition, the addresses or the access differ from what was described.

Vehicle information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle details you supply, including whether the vehicle runs, rolls, steers and brakes, whether all wheels are fitted, and whether it is lowered or modified. Incorrect information can make a vehicle unsafe or impossible to load, which may result in a failed collection.

Access

You are responsible for telling us about access restrictions at both ends of the journey, including low bridges, weight limits, narrow lanes, height-restricted car parks, gated compounds and appointment-only sites. Where a transporter cannot safely reach the stated address, we will agree an alternative loading point with you.

Site releases and paperwork

For auction, dealership, storage and port collections, you are responsible for ensuring the releasing site has the correct paperwork, references and authorisation in place before the agreed collection window.

Failed collections and cancellations

Where a journey is made and the vehicle cannot be collected because information was inaccurate, paperwork was not in place, or access was not as described, a charge may apply. Cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing with your booking.

Services we do not provide

• Shipping, sailings or vessel bookings.
• Customs clearance, export declarations or freight forwarding.
• Online payment, instant fixed pricing or customer accounts.
• Vehicle repair, storage or mechanical work unless separately agreed.
